- You need to provide the Product Model, Serial Number, Valid mobile number, address at the time of registering the complaint to Samsung call center
- You will get an SMS once Job will be assigned containing the Engineer name for visiting by our Expert
- Dial 16212 for registering your complaint
- You need to provide the Product Serial Number or Invoice Number or the mobile number which was provided in the Invoice for claiming warranty at the time of registering the complaint
- You will get an SMS containing the schedule for visiting by our Expert
