- The Shipping process usually begins within a very short time after payment and shipment confirmation. You can change your shipping preferences under circumstances that are subject to specific terms, stated below. You can track your order and once the shipment process starts, your order status will show “Shipped” on our Transcom Digital account order information page.
A shipping charge will be applicable based on the product category, distance or any logical reasons. The charge will be informed to the customer prior to the delivery.
A customer will have to pay product lifting charges in applicable cases. Ground floor/1st floor is free of charge. An additional charge may be applicable for large items. i.e TV, REF, AC, Washing machine etc.
Changing Shipping Information:
A customer can change shipping information for future orders. However, once a product is shipped to a designated address, the customer will have to bear an extra charge determined by Transcom Digital if the product is not received or the address is changed by the customer. In such cases, delivery time may change as well.
To change your shipping information, log in to your account and update, remove or add a new shipping address as required.
Alter shipping or pick-up options after placing an order:
You can alter your pick-up or shipping preferences or address until the shipping process has started. This can be done typically within half an hour of placing your order. However, additional charge and/or time may be needed in case of altering a shipping or pick-up method or address.
Please contact the Transcom Digital support team within half an hour if you want to:
- Alter your shipping method
- Shift from shipping to store pickup
- Make changes to the shipping address
The store pick-up time for your items will be valid for 7 days. If you do not collect your item from the store within this time, your order will be cancelled and e will follow the next procedures accordingly.
A customer can change a product before the shipment. After the shipment process began, a customer cannot change the product or item. To make changes in the item list before shipping, customers can call 16212 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in applicable cases, the price will have to be adjusted while additional charges may apply in such cases.
After confirmation of the purchase, Transcom Digital will arrange and collect the product and deliver it to your designated delivery address. Delivery times may take longer than usual, due to increased safety protocols and restrictions placed by COVID-19. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our carrier delivers to you as fast and securely as conceivable.
After placing an order from the website, A customer can pick up the product from an outlet. A customer can visit the outlet & pick up the product from a store in working hours after Transcom Digital received the shipment confirmation.
To pick the product from a store you should bring:
- Your order numbers.
- Your NID Card.
A few more things to know about store pickup:
- There’s no charge for Store Pickup
- Please allow additional time to pick up large products like Televisions, Refrigerators or other appliances.
Transcom Digital or the delivery partner will deliver the item at the customers’ doorstep.
For the purchases within Dhaka (the territory acknowledged by Transcom Digital), Delivery will be completed within 24-72 hours, however, please note that delivery time may change due to national crisis, limited stock, technical glitch or any other unprecedented or unavoidable reasons or circumstances.
For the purchases outside Dhaka, the product will be delivered within 3-7 working days, depending on the availability of nearby outlets of the delivery address. Please note that delivery time may change due to national crisis, limited stock, technical glitch, transport availability or any other unprecedented or unavoidable reasons or circumstances.
After delivery to your address, products will not be removed from the shipping box unless you request installation. If you want to reschedule for a different date, you could do that online. Rearrange your appointment before the shipment process begins.
