<li>Warranty shall be void if product has failed under certain conditions/types (Example: water logging, misuse, physical damage by pressure etc.).</li>

This warranty not applicable in any of the following cases:

<li style="text-align: justify;">The completed warranty card is not presented to the service engineer at the time of repair being undertaken/ requested.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Defects caused by the improper use, as determined by the authorized service center/company personnel.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Modification or alteration of any nature made in the circuitry by the purchaser or unauthorized personnel, as determined by the company personnel.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">The original warranty card and purchase documents are not produced at the time-of-service request.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Any rewriting on warranty card or invoice copy.</li>

For the purchases within Dhaka (the territory acknowledged by Transcom Digital), Delivery will be completed within 01-03 working days, however, please note that delivery time may change due to national crisis, limited stock, technical glitch, or any other unprecedented or unavoidable reasons or circumstances.

For purchases outside Dhaka, the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on the availability of nearby outlets of the delivery address.
