<li>Warranty shall only remain valid as per the service warranty guideline paper enclosed with the manufacturer's manual.</li>
</ol>

<ol start="2" style="text-align: justify;">
<li>The warranty for products will be applicable from the date of sale, as recorded in the sales invoice. The customer must preserve the product box along with the sealed invoice for warranty claims.</li>
</ol>

<ol start="3" style="text-align: justify;">
<li>If any technical issue arises within 7 days, Motion View (MV) Service Centre will repair, replace, or refund the product. If the item is repairable, MV will proceed with the repair; otherwise, it will be replaced with a new one. In case of a stock shortage for the particular item, MV will offer a refund or an alternative product.</li>
</ol>

<ol start="4" style="text-align: justify;">
<li>For replacement and other services within the warranty period, customers will call the MV help line and take services as per the MV guideline (Customer will carry the courier fee to send the product to the MV service center. After the service, MV will return the product to the customer at their own cost. MV will provide service to customers within 12-15 working days from the date).</li>
