<li>The product should have been purchased from an Authorized Samsung Sales Dealer in Bangladesh.</li>
<li>Warranty can be claimed only if the repair was carried out by the Samsung Authorized Service Centre.</li>
<li>Carry-ln Service or In-Home service applicability depends on the product category and Samsung policy.</li>
<li>Demo of a product, if applicable, can be availed only once and within 6 months from date of purchase.</li>
<li>In case of a defective accessory, only accessory will be repaired or replaced.</li>

<li>Defects caused due to usage of third-party material/non-Samsung Authorized Consumables.</li>

For the purchases within Dhaka (the territory acknowledged by Transcom Digital), Delivery will be completed within 01-03 working days, however, please note that delivery time may change due to national crisis, limited stock, technical glitch, or any other unprecedented or unavoidable reasons or circumstances.

For purchases outside Dhaka, the product will be delivered within 7-10 working days, depending on the availability of nearby outlets of the delivery address. After delivery to your address, products will not be removed from the shipping box unless you request installation. If you want to reschedule for a different date, you could do that online. Rearrange your appointment before the shipment process begins.
